Made with Mort-Rah, the Black Witch from NeverenD comic.
Drawn on the theme of Bloody Mary, Mort-Rah is the erzatz of the sadly famous Erzsebeth Bathory, the Hungary vampire comtess in NeverenD.

I took for this card the reversed version of the second arcana with all its codes and references.^^
